Keep the spirit of the Olympics alive.
Stay active while learning the mechanics of a sport/new sport or mimic the fitness motions of your favorite athlete. For example, get a timer and who will fatigue quicker while doing swimmers arms- (some use as a warm-up for the shoulders), jog in place to build endurance to see who can jog the longest, practice dribbling which can teach space awareness and control. Test your limits on how long you can cycle at your max speed. Have fun and give it your best.
