Our coaches are qualified, experienced and motivated to help kids of all ages and fitness abilities, through Personal Training for Kids and through Personal Training for Teens. Our one-on-one training includes helping kids advance their current athletic skills, boosting confidence in gym class and in other areas, and gaining more control over their weight. We understand that for kids fitness to be effective, kids need to have voice in their workout routines. Our highly customized training is built around what they know and love to do, whether it’s Dance, Martial Arts, Yoga, Pilates, Sports Coaching, Strength Training, any combination of Kids Fitness Workouts.
