This week, Energetic Juniors Certified Trainer Candice Pell talks about how to develop self-esteem. Self-esteem and fitness often go hand-in-hand. Children who are intimidated by gym class or sports activities with their peers often feel a lack of self-esteem when in those situations. However, by providing your child with safe opportunities to exercise, learn new skills, and develop his confidence with physical activity, he will likely also experience a boost in self-esteem.
