Stretching is one of the best ways to prevent injuries.

Not only does stretching increase mobility, but it will keep your muscles flexible, allowing for smoother recovery and preparing them for the demands of your everyday life.

If you feel your lower back has been sore after a day at the office or maybe your legs feel strained and tired, try including at least 5 minutes of stretching into your routine each day. It can be part of your coffee break at the office, or an addition to your nighttime routine. Just 5 minutes of stretching can lead to the increased benefits mentioned above.
