As trainers, we know how important it is for teens to find their ideal fitness path. Every adolescent is unique, and discovering the right niche can make a big difference in their motivation and long-term well-being. Encouraging them to explore a variety of activities like  strength or endurance training. This exploration helps them learn what they truly enjoy and where their strengths shine.

Some teens may not connect with traditional strength training but might excel in endurance-based activities like running, swimming, or cycling. These experiences could inspire them to join a school team, participate in community races, or simply stay active for life. 

By guiding them through this process, they build confidence and a healthy lifestyle foundation that will serve them well into adulthood.
