There is a lot of attention paid especially to core, arm and leg strength during a Yoga practice.

It is never too early or too late to start a Yoga practice and you should never feel that you are not strong enough or flexible enough for yoga. Yoga is not a competition.

Yoga will help your child to build strength and self-confidence. It is the perfect blend of strength training and stretching and it helps to relieve stress.  I hope you introduce your child for Yoga lessons. You won’t regret it.
