Our goal is to help each child find the athlete within. Children who are involved and engaged feel more control over their body and in their ability to contribute to group activities. By working one-on-one with children we help to motivate and excite them to challenge themselves, rather than to worry about competing with others. We include them in the early planning stages of obstacle courses and other exciting workouts and then challenge them spell a science word or define a science terms after they run through each course. This helps them develop not only physical skills, but also analytical and intellectual skills of strategy, planning, and execution.
