Example of Monthly Update for Teen Boy

February 2018

This was a good month for this teenage boy, we have been working outside. We worked on his soccer skills; this has helped him get in more running without having to dread it. This is the advantage of playing soccer; it will keep you moving non-stop for a good amount of time without realizing that you are getting a good workout. To the different mini soccer games we have had this month we have added basic strength exercises that are slowly but surely helping him get stronger. Also a lot of different drills to improve his game.

March 2018

We will continue to work hard on getting him stronger and fitter. I will show him more challenging movements to help him have a couple different movements that he could use in the future. I will continue to help him get more interested in working out and staying active.
