I am here to tell you about the fitness benefits of juggling. At first you may think, “How is something like juggling supposed to help me get fit?” Well, object manipulation activities improve coordination, a crucial aspect of overall fitness. They help to integrate the entire nervous system, both central and peripheral, by making sensory and motor pathways more active and efficient. A better primed nervous system allows for more economical movement and improved balance, which are essential for overall physical fitness.
