Developing Self-Esteem, RevisitedMay 15, 2016
Due to a great deal of interest in last month’s topic of developing self-confidence, we have decided to revisit the theme this month.
More specifically, we wish to discuss how a non-competitive learning environment builds a child’s self-esteem. Having the opportunity to learn while not under scrutiny gives a child the tools to develop a healthy self-image. This confidence then leads to that child engaging more in physical activity.
